I've been to other retreats before. There was always something off — the women, the vibration, something not quite right. I've never experienced anything like this. Every single woman felt handpicked. From completely different backgrounds, different stories — and yet I could see my own story written differently inside each of them. It was connection on the purest level I've ever experienced.

Every single day there was a shift. The communication work helped me find my voice and speak from my sovereignty. The Human Design work helped me understand myself. The integration pieces helped me understand how to take this home and make it real.

I thought that by doing so much, I was showing up at my fullest for my family. But coming here made me realise how much they were missing out on the truest version of me. The benefits my family are going to receive from me experiencing this retreat are going to be life-changing. Not just for me. For all of them.

To that woman watching this: if you feel it in your body, it's for a reason. Take a chance on yourself. You won't regret it.

What I found was a room with no energetic blocks, no ego, no masks. Just women showing up as exactly who they are.

The shift for me wasn't one moment. It was being here. Giving myself the space. That was the shift in itself.

Not a single detail was missed. The caliber of speakers is probably the best I've ever seen.

And the gala — it was symbolic for me personally. Almost like a sign that I'm going the right way.

This is what it feels like when someone actually thought about you.

I'd never been to Bali. I arrived not knowing anyone. What I found was women from every walk of life, every age, every background — and yet we all connected. The power of women in a room together is something very special. This room proved it.

The biggest shift for me was finding my voice. There's a lot of women who can't speak their truth. I was one of them. This week changed that.

The sovereign woman leads first and trusts her body, trusts her knowledge, trusts her wisdom. I understand what that means now — because I felt it.

The women in that room had a sense of knowing who they were. A sense of mission. Everyone had depth, something real to say. I knew these were my people.

After day one I turned to a friend and said: if I went home right now, it would already have been worth it. That was just day one.

The gala night was a coming home to me; to the beauty inside of me. I've been to many retreats. Nothing compared to this.

I arrived in the chaos of building something new. I left grounded in exactly who I am and where I'm going.

The first five minutes of the first session on day one blew my mind. I could have left happy after that. And then every hour of every day just kept delivering.

The gala night — I knew we were having a gala dinner, but when I walked into that room I'd never seen anything like it. Every single element thought through. The menu, the theme, the decoration, every place setting. The effort that went into every detail was exceptional.

And the team? So capable, so attentive. You don't have to bring anything. You don't have to do anything. You just show up. Every hour of every day has been worth it.

From the moment we walked in, it felt different to any other retreat I've been a part of. This was designed with sovereignty and true women's essence in mind. I came in with no expectations. The level this retreat delivered is of a very high standard — and a deep one.

There were moments this week — very personal moments — things I'd been suppressing for a long time. I'm grateful to this experience that I was able to see them, feel them, and move through them.

There's no expectation here. There's no hustle. Just space — to connect with yourself, and with other women who are seeking the same thing in different ways.
